Loan Application

Who Can Apply?
  • Must be at least 21 to 50 years old
  • A Filipino citizen currently living in the Philippines
  • Currently employed, self-employed, or OFW/Seafarer’s Allottee

It only takes 3 Steps

  1. Download the Cash Mart Mobile app in Google PlayStore, App Store or Huawei App Gallery.
  2. Complete the form and expect a call from our friendly officers for verification.
  3. Get your cash deposited into your bank account within the day after you sent your loan contract.
You may borrow from P3,000 – 150,000. You can increase your loan amount every reloan subject to approval.

To qualify for any of the loans, you must submit:

1 Government ID, preferably UMID or Driver’s License.

For a faster verification process, you may also submit the following:

  • Latest proof of billing (Meralco, water bill, cable TV, internet, landline, or PLDT bills)
  • Company ID
  • Latest one-month payslip
  • Driver’s License
  • NBI Clearance
  • Police Clearance
  • Postal ID
  • TIN ID
  • Voter’s ID
  • UMID
  • PHILHEALTH ID
  • Firearms License

We will process your application as soon as you submit your online loan application.

For a faster process, ensure the following:

  • You have filled up all the information in your application form.
  • You gave your active email and mobile number.
  • You answered our verification call. You may send your best time to call info@cashmart.ph if your available time is beyond office hours.
  • You send a clear copy of your ID and/or other supporting documents.
  • Your character reference knows that they are receiving a call from our agent to verify your relationship.
  • Expect the money to be transferred to your bank account within 1 WORKING DAY after signing your contract!
Cash Mart offers a competitive rate of 0.06% to 1% per day depending on the approved term (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly).

Here are the Seafarer’s Allottee Loan Requirements:

  • Government Issued ID of Allottee with name address and signature
  • Latest proof of billing to your current address
  • Seaman’s Passport
  • Seaman’s Book
  • Seafarer’s Registration Certificate (SRC)
  • Seafarer’s Overseas Employment Certificate (OEC)
  • Seafarer’s Employment Contract with POEA validation
  • 6 months latest Remittance Slip
  • Proof of relationship
  • Birth certificate if the seafarer is your parent, daughter/son, or sibling
  • Marriage contract if the seafarer is your spouse
  • Proof of allotment (under allottee name) – latest Allotment slip or Certificate of Allotment from the shipping company/agency

To qualify for a loan, the OFW’s allottee must be:

  • At least 21 years old
  • A Filipino citizen
  • A first-degree relative or dependent of the OFW

Here are the OFW Allottee Loan Requirements:

  • Government Issued ID of Allottee with name address and signature
  • Colored copy of proof of billing
  • OFW’s Overseas Employment Certificate (OEC)
  • Contract (POEA Validated)
  • Colored Passport ID (for OFW)
  • Colored Working Visa (for OFW)
  • Proof of remittance (under allottee’s name) – at least 6 months latest remittance
  • Proof of relationship (birth certificate or marriage contract)

Definitely, YES.

To qualify for a loan you must have the following requirements:

  • Government ID
  • Colored Copy of Latest Proof of Billing
  • DTI (Sole Proprietor) or SEC (Corporation/Partnership)
  • 3 months latest Bank Statement
  • 3 pages Audited Financial Statements (Cover Sheet. Balance Sheet, Income Sheet) or latest ITR form

Definitely, YES.

To qualify for a loan you must have the following requirements:

  • Government ID
  • Company ID (optional)
  • Colored Copy of 2 Latest Proof of Billing
  • 1 month latest Statement of Account (PDF Form or Passbook)
  • Simply log in to your Cash Mart Mobile App.
  • Tap “Account” found at the lower right corner of the screen.
  • Tap “My Profile” then key in your PIN.
  • Edit your information or upload your new documents.

Cash Mart Asia Lending Inc is a legal online lending company with SEC Registration No. CS201610084.

Cash Disbursement

We usually process the approved loan cash disbursement within 24 working hours after you sign your contract.
We will immediately deposit your approved loan to your personal bank account.

Loan Repayment

Weekly means you repay the loan at weekly intervals. 

Weekly loan term has three options:

  • Weekly 3 (Your repayment is equally divided into 3 weeks)
  • Weekly 4 (Your repayment is equally divided into 4 weeks)
  • Weekly 5 (Your repayment is equally divided into 5 weeks)
 

Example: Let’s say you got your loan on June 6 and you have chosen the Weekly 3, then your repayment schedule will be:

  • 1st repayment: June 13
  • 2nd repayment: June 20
  • 3rd repayment: June 27

If you got your loan on June 6 and you have chosen the Weekly 4:

  • 1st repayment: June 13
  • 2nd repayment: June 20
  • 3rd repayment: June 27
  • 4th repayment: July 4

If you got your loan on June 6 and you have chosen the Weekly 5:

  • 1st repayment: June 13
  • 2nd repayment: June 20
  • 3rd repayment: June 27
  • 4th repayment: July 4
  • 5th repayment: July 11

Bi-Weekly means you pay the loan in every 2 weeks. Bi-Weekly loan term has three options:

  • Bi-Weekly 1 ( Settle your loan after 2 weeks)
  • Bi-Weekly 2 (Your repayment is equally divided into 2)
  • Bi-Weekly 3 (Your repayment is equally divided into 3)

 

Let’s say you got your loan on June 6 and you have chosen the Bi-Weekly 1, then your repayment schedule will be:

  • 1st repayment: June 20
 

If you got your loan on June 6 and you have chosen the Bi-Weekly 2:

  • 1st repayment: June 20
  • 2nd repayment: July 4
  •  

If you got your loan on June 6 and you have chosen the Bi-Weekly 3:

  • 1st repayment: June 20
  • 2nd repayment: July 4
  • 3rd repayment: July 18

Your repayment schedule will be discussed by our loan agent via phone call.

You can also view your payment schedule in the Cash Mart Mobile App.

  1. Log in to your mobile app
  2. Tap “My Loan
  3. Tap “Payment Schedule

It will also be included in your disclosure statement. Please read your disclosure statement and loan agreement carefully.

Finally, your payment schedule will be sent to your email once your loan is disbursed.

If your repayment due date falls on a non-working holiday, you have to make your repayment on the last working day before the holiday. Let’s say your due date is on December 30, 2016, Rizal Day. Then you have to pay on December 29.

We send an e-mail on how you can pay your loan together with your payment schedule once your loan is disbursed.

Refer to your mobile app for your Payment Reference Number.

  • Log in to your Cash Mart Mobile app.
  • Tap “My Loan
  • Tap “Pay Now

Yes, you can. The earlier you can pay, the faster you can get a re-loan. There are two ways to apply for RELOAN:

Log in to your Cash Mart Mobile App, then tap “Get Loan”
Send a Reloan Request to reloan@cashmart.ph

If you still haven’t paid your last instalment, you can apply for a preterm loan. Your loan balance will be deducted from your next loan disbursement.

You are advised to pay as stated in the contract. Late repayments will be charged a fee accordingly. Please refer to your signed contract, disclosure statement, and mobile app.

If you still haven’t paid your last instalment, you can apply for a preterm loan. Your loan balance will be deducted from your next loan disbursement.

For any queries regarding payment and settlement of your loan, please don’t hesitate to call our Collection Department at 09176363298.
After you send your proof of payment, it will take 24 to 48 hours for it to be reflected in your mobile app account.

Reloan Application

As soon as we received proof of payment and validated it in our system, you can send us a message through reloan@cashmart.ph.

  • First, you need to settle your current loan with Cash Mart.
  • Then, email your latest payslip at reloan@cashmart.ph.
  • Or login to your Cash Mart Mobile App and tap “Get Loan”
  • If you need to change some information in your client registration, such as your address or company, you need to update your info in your mobile app by tapping “Account” then “My Profile”.

Technical Issue

Make sure that your email ends in @gmail.com or @yahoo.com. You might not receive an email OTP if your email ends in .com.ph.

Also, please check your email’s Spam folder.
